The primary responsibility will be Application Development for NetSuite. To make this happen you will work with the IT and the NetSuite team, business owners and end users across STSN to design and implement customization and enhancements using SuiteScript and SuiteFlow, as well as maintaining and building custom integrations using Dell Boomi, SuiteScript, and other web services. This position will play a key role in assessing, developing, deploying, supporting and improving business systems that deliver best in class technology experiences for both internal stakeholders and STSN customers. This is a full-time position that will report to the Senior NetSuite Architect.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • – Track record of having implemented, enhanced and supported an enterprise-class technology system, including planning, analysis and design, configuration, development, data migrations, system testing, cutover plan, and production support.
  • – Taking ownership of existing business application architecture, including integrations and data structures, Serving as subject matter expert in SaaS applications and integrations.
  • – Provide NetSuite (ERP) expertise utilizing industry experience, business analysis, best practices and a pragmatic mindset to facilitate clients’ most complex requirements.
  • – Implement and deploy NetSuite solutions accommodating unique industry business and management processes, regulatory requirements and other business requirements.
  • – Create functional requirements as an input to application design.
  • – Design, configure and test detailed functional designs for business solution components and prototypes.
  • – Drive test planning, execution, and optimization support.
  • – Conduct business process mapping and requirements gathering sessions with new customers to determine configuration requirements both on-site and remote.
  • – Build, develop and test detailed scripted customized solutions and prototypes.
  • – Troubleshoot issues that arise during configuration sessions.
  • – Provide on-going post implementation support to optimize user adoption and NetSuite configuration.
  • – Help triage IT work by partnering with business stakeholders to determine the priority of backlog items.
  • – Actively identify issues and propose process improvements (both business and technical).
  • – Respond to incidents and assist with the daily administration of business systems supporting Finance, HR, and Legal.
  • – Develop, maintain and document current and future system process flows.
  • – Conduct business and technical impact analysis of proposed application changes. Ensure business system implementations and changes are compliant with current SOX controls (and other regulatory requirements).
  • – Implement Boomi best practices for implementing integrations including advising project teams during system development to assure compliance with architectural principles, guidelines, and standards
  • – Evaluate existing Dell Boomi integration processes and implement integration processes, involving Process Development, Deployment and support management
  • – Dell Boomi Mapping – Build Profiles, complex functions, handling/transforming documents – JSON, Flat, XML etc.

Requirements:
  • – 8+ years of experience with NetSuite Platform.
  • – Implementation experience in 1 or more projects where Dell Boomi was used as an integration platform.
  • – NetSuite integrations and customizations.
  • – Bachelor’s Degree in information systems or related discipline.
  • – Hands-on Functional NetSuite ERP Implementation Experience
  • – Solid understanding of key financial business processes such as Quote-to-Cash, Billing, Revenue Management, and Procure-to-Pay.
  • – Prior experience with Concur, Avalara, OpenAir preferred.
  • – Provide NetSuite expertise utilizing industry experience, business analysis, best practices and a pragmatic mindset to facilitate clients’ most complex requirements.
  • – Build, develop and test detailed functional designs for business solution components and prototypes.
  • – Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical work and assign to the right IT resource.
  • – Developed problem solving and interpersonal skills required.
  • – Must be able to manage multiple concurrent projects and drive initiatives in a cross-functional environment.
  • – An excellent business communicator who can speak to both technical and non-technical audiences.

CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES:
  • – Assists in the ongoing implementation of Oracle NetSuite ERP within subsidiaries
  • – Assists in the integration of other systems and programs within the organization (SAP, NetSuite and other systems)
  • – Responsible for being the key point of contact and administrator for Oracle NetSuite, also supporting the business teams in creating necessary master data to custom fields if needed and help in workflows, records, reports within Oracle NetSuite with the help of support teams
  • – Ensures all Supply Chain IT processes are up to date, recheck previous IT projects, integrations to make sure they are functioning well
  • – Able to manage a variety of different systems across the supply chain and help in testing and coming up with business scenarios (NetSuite (must) / SAP, any other)
  • – Works with business and IT leads to ensure that everything is running smoothly
  • – Acts as liaison with technical and development teams to convert business requirements into technology requirements
  • – Develops business cases, test cases and fulfills the project technical SME role on various projects in their area
  • – Provides technical, operational, and application support for troubleshooting and resolving issues including application business logic, data flow and data integrity
  • – Serves as expert level application support for Oracle NetSuite
  • – Acts as a strategic thought partner, proposes alternatives/solutions in alignment with requirements/objectives/timelines and addresses issues facing the business
  • – Executes and leads medium or multiple agile/waterfall projects with a focus on process documentation, requirement documents, user story development, user acceptance testing and training/communications
  • – Supports implementation and testing of projects including version upgrades
  • – Performs systems testing and quality assurance testing
  • – Assists in development of change management plans to ensure adoption of process improvement changes and technology solutions across the organization
  • – Ensures proper processes are followed in the systems life cycle and maintains a responsive, reliable, and functional system
  • – Develops and defines support models for new solutions.

Requirements
  • – 5+ years of professional experience in IT or business required
  • – 2+ years of supply chain business process knowledge and experience to support NetSuite in managing change requests, enhancements and solution delivery including integrations with SAP and other systems
  • – Oracle NetSuite ERP administration and usage experience (2-4 years)- sales, supply chain, finance integrations
  • – Oracle NetSuite business process and solution experience and consulting experience will be an added advantage
  • – 2+ years SAP technical development preferred
  • – Experience with troubleshooting integrations, data flow, data integrity and necessary tools to do so including SQL, XML, Putty (or other SQL client)
  • – Experience writing SQL queries to extract and validate data from multiple tables
  • – Ability to deliver within both an Agile and Waterfall methodology
  • – Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate business functionality and opportunities into clear, precise and easy-to-read functional specifications
  • – Strong business acumen to quickly learn new business processes and understand how IT needs to support the business in achieving revenue and profit goals
  • – Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
  • – Ability to work with onshore/offshore teams and communicate using virtual communication tools (phone, conferencing, online meeting)
  • – Excellent verbal and written communication and collaboration skills to effectively communicate with both business and technical IT teams

  • – Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Finance, Computer science, Business, or related area or equivalent education, training and related discipline required
