Full Search
- We offer search criteria based on the complete title holders of mentioned property with the consideration of latest deed.
- For report formulation we search for names on chain of title , general liens , federal tax liens , judgments for all the owners till the last record on a state repository.
- Report indicate details like chain of owners ,property liens m CC & Rs-covenants, current tax and open mortgage , vesting deed, conditions and restriction , easements and ordinance or resolutions that relates to the property also we include liens , defects and encumbrances which are considered as exceptions if not disposed as per standards.
Update Search
- We offer search criteria based on last search date until current date as this is required prior to closing to revalidate if any changes have been recorded on property.
